Welcome to the KKS A-Level Wiki

Hopefully this will become a large resource for 6th form students at KKS, feel free to start making pages about topics related to any subject, please make an account and keep it clear which subject your new page is for to keep the wiki nice and organized.

Create a new page

The simplest way to create a new page is to search for it in the search bar (make sure you spell it right) and if the page doesn't exist you will see a prompt to create it, if it does it exist this doesn't stop you improving it.

Also if you click on a marked internal link and the page it refers to doesn't exist you should also revive a prompt to create it.

New articles should always be titled without capital letters, (except for the first letter), otherwise this can waste time and lead to multiple pages on the same subject.

Also remember to title pages without plurals etc, so for example I would name a new page 'volt' and not 'volts'.

Following these simple guidelines will keep the wiki nice, organized and easy to use, needless to say if you spot an article which doesn't follow the guidelines, change it.

Internal Links

If you create an internal link remember to put any plurals (s on the end) etc outside of the square brackets, otherwise it links wrong and we end up with 2 separate pages, thanks.

File Uploads

If you are going to upload a fie, try keep it a small file size, no huge 1024px images, we don't have infinite web space.

User accounts and banning

Anyone is now free to make an account, for now, but you cannot edit without permission from an admin, please make an account and contact Jack Lawton to be able to edit.
